How does your AI screening process work?
Our AI analyzes resumes and systematically extracts the most relevant information based on your questions. You can ask questions such as "Do they have experience with React?" or "Have they worked in a startup before?" and our AI will find the most relevant information to answer that question by scanning across all resumes submitted for a role.
What integrations do you support?
We are currently integrated with Google Workspace and Calendly. We are working on integrations with popular ATS systems such as Greenhouse and Lever, as well as CRMs and communication platforms. We intend to support your existing workflow tools. All data is exportable from Chamoy and data can be imported as well if needed.
How do you ensure fairness in the screening process?
Our AI is designed with fairness in mind, focusing on relevant qualifications while excluding other bias factors such as demographic information. In addition, our AI only automates the busy work of hiring such as summarizing applications and finding spotlights to candidates. We provide transparent reasoning for all recommendations.
How secure is my data?
We follow industry best practices for data security. All data is stored and handled with candidate's respect and privacy in mind. In addition, you can delete all of your candidate data at any time and request a confirmation of deletion as well.
